Carlos Torres

Carlos Torres, is a painter who has had a great deal of critical acclaim for his recent museum show in Mexico City. His works' vibrancy is often concealed by a final coat of dark paint so only glimpses of the explosion of colour remain. He has lived for many years in Paris but his Mexican childhood proves a more fertile inspiration for his work and he returns to his homeland annually
